These positions are planned to be filled by the summer season of 2026.
airBaltic welcomes applications from anyone interested in starting a career in aviation – even without previous experience. The role offers a flexible schedule that can be easily combined with studies, as well as a dynamic work environment, extensive travel opportunities, clear career development paths, and a supportive team culture.
Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at airBaltic commented: “As we prepare for the upcoming summer season and continue expanding our fleet, we are opening up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew vacancies across the Baltic region.
